We thank you for visiting the website and taking time to read our terms and condition.

We require a safe and large enough space to park our vehicle and work.

We require access to a power point in order to plug in an extension cable.

We may not be able to work on a road that requires pay and display parking areas or there is no space to park our vehicle by the working car.

Payments must be made on completion of the work and any concerns raised within 48 hours of the work completed.

A booking deposit for detailing services must be made on the day of booking. This payment will be deducted from your final payment.

if a customer is unable to make an appointment at the booking fee will be taken as a fee of cancellation. Please appreciate misses booking is a loss in income. Failure to make payment will result in legal action being taken.

We accept card payments and bank transfers.

Ceramic coatings should be maintained by the customer or a trained detailer and not be subjected to a local car wash service. Local car washes use harsh chemicals and are not trained detailers. Ceramic coatings will over time be damaged if vehicles are taken to local car washes use services and CDM Auto Detailing will not be held liable for such damage to the vehicle.
